1. User-Generated Content

All content on ClipTail is uploaded by users. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Users are prohibited from uploading content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

2. Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our platform, please send a notice of claimed copyright infringement to:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice containing:

  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • Identification of the removed content and its location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your consent to local federal court jurisdiction

4. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights. A user's account will be terminated if they receive multiple valid DMCA notices.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
